FED started where a lot of big ideas begin — in the middle of a summer job and a few long drives between pool cleanings.

In 2023, lifelong friends Eric and Matt were working for a local pool company, spending hours every day on the road with nothing but chlorine, sunlight, and a shared ambition to build something of their own. What started as casual conversations about websites and automation quickly turned into late nights, big whiteboard sketches, and their first real clients. That’s when Future Edge Developments was born — not just as a side hustle, but as a vision for helping small businesses grow smarter online.

Since then, what began with two friends has grown into a close-knit team of creatives, developers, and media minds — all focused on building systems, strategies, and brand experiences that actually work.
